Namaste as they say here in India!!!! Yes we have eventually made it to the land of the sacred cows (although Ive already been whacked in the arm twice by these so called sacred animals so Im starting to think they should be called agressive if anything!). It has only been 10 days since we arrived in this wonderful country and we have already been forced to dance for everyone at an Indian wedding, had our photo taken over 100 times, witnessed the sacrificing of numerous goats at a religious Muslim ceremony, been guests of honour for dinner in a Muslim house, practiced yoga with some real life yogis, almost walked in to camels while walking down the street, visited the Taj Mahal, had Delhi belly (yes already!!), been stared at constantly and been asked what country we are from at least a thousand times!   Yes folks this is India. It is loud, it is smelly, it is overwhelming, it is overcrowded, it sends your senses into overload, it is mad...but you know what, we are loving every minute of it! It is another world, like nothing we have experienced up until now and definitely worth a visit.
